Position Overview:
Sesterce is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Developer to join our team in San Francisco. As a Business Developer, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong communication and negotiation skills and a passion for technology and innovation.
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
- Research and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify potential areas for growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic business initiatives.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to potential clients.
- Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets and objectives.
- Track and report on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and emerging technologies.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of technology, preferably in the fields of sustainable computing, blockchain, or cryptocurrency.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and objectives.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.
- Ability to travel as needed.
- Experience working in the technology industry and familiarity with the San Francisco market is a plus.
