Position Overview
Sesterce is seeking a highly organized and experienced HR Manager to join our team in Marseille. As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives to support the company's growth and objectives. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong leadership and communication skills and a passion for fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures to support the company's goals and objectives.
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Lead the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and candidate selection.
- Develop and implement employee training and development programs to enhance skills and capabilities.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related issues, policies, and procedures.
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations and maintain accurate HR records and documentation.
- Conduct regular audits of HR processes and procedures to ensure effectiveness and compliance.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements in HR management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR management roles, preferably in the technology industry.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in HRIS and other HR management software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.
- HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR) is a plus.
