NOC Lead, 24/7 Operations Center

About Sesterce

Sesterce builds and runs AI campuses in Europe: dedicated supercomputers on our own sites, powered by low-carbon energy. Every Sesterce Campus uses the same factory-built power and cooling modules and is run by Sesterce OS, from the grid to the chip. We are a small team moving fast, on campuses in France and Finland and on clusters in Paris, Madrid and Munich.

Watch every site and cluster around the clock.

You will

• build and lead the operations center team
• run monitoring, alerting and incident response across campuses and clusters
• keep customers informed during incidents and run post-mortems.

You bring

• 7+ years in NOC or data center operations, including team leadership
• experience with monitoring and incident management tools
• clear communication under pressure.
