Sesterce is pleased to announce the appointment of Brandon Records as Senior Vice President of AI Factories.

In this role, Brandon will lead the development and execution of Sesterce’s AI Factory programs, supporting the company’s mission to deploy next-generation AI infrastructure at industrial scale. His responsibilities will include overseeing AI Factory strategy, technical execution, hyperscaler-grade deployment programs, and the operational alignment required to deliver high-density compute environments across multiple geographies.

Brandon brings deep experience in large-scale AI infrastructure deployment. During his time at Oracle, he led multiple AI Factory programs for hyperscaler clients, helping coordinate complex deployments involving millions of chips under his leadership. His background combines technical depth, program execution, and the ability to manage highly complex infrastructure environments at global scale.

“Brandon is the right profile for this mission,” said Youssef El Manssouri, CEO of Sesterce. “I was impressed by his holistic understanding of AI infrastructure and by the depth of his technical expertise. He has the rare ability to connect strategy, engineering, operations, and execution, which is exactly what Sesterce needs as we scale our AI Factory programs and he is one of the very few who led a complete AI Factory program end to end with running +300K chips deployment in one datacenter.”

The appointment comes at a pivotal moment for Sesterce as the company expands its AI infrastructure footprint and accelerates the development of sovereign, scalable, and energy-efficient AI Factories. Brandon’s leadership will help reinforce Sesterce’s capacity to deliver industrial-grade compute infrastructure for the next generation of AI workloads.

With this appointment, Sesterce continues to build a world-class team capable of executing on one of the most important infrastructure challenges of the decade: delivering the physical backbone required to power advanced artificial intelligence.
