To strengthen our Commercial team, we are looking for a driven, hunter-minded, and client-focused Business Developer.
Your Responsibilities
Pipeline Development & Prospecting
- Identify, prospect, and qualify high-potential clients: AI labs, AI startups, scale-ups, enterprises (Fortune 500, CAC 40), and cloud builders with bare-metal GPU or HPC colocation needs
- Design and execute multichannel prospecting strategies (outbound, networking, events, partnerships)
- Build and maintain an active commercial pipeline in a CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent)
Discovery & Qualification
- Run discovery and qualification sessions to understand client needs: budgets, GPU volumes, expected SLAs, and project timelines
- Translate complex technical challenges into compelling commercial value propositions
Deal Structuring & Closing
- Structure commercial proposals in collaboration with technical and financial teams
- Drive end-to-end sales cycles: from initial qualification to contract signature
- Negotiate commercial terms including pricing, SLAs, commitment duration, and termination conditions
- Coordinate technical due diligences with Sesterce engineering teams
Account Management & Growth
- Manage and grow existing client accounts through upsell, renewals, and capacity expansion
- Build a strategic partner network: integrators, VARs, ISVs, and technology consulting firms
Market Intelligence & Strategy
- Attend key industry events (SC, NVIDIA GTC, DatacenterDynamics, Tech.eu Summit, and others)
- Contribute to go-to-market strategy and market segmentation
- Produce sales reports, pipeline analyses, and revenue forecasts
- Monitor the competitive landscape: hyperscalers, CoreWeave, Lambda Labs, Scaleway, OVHcloud GPU
Your Profile
Education & Experience
- Master's degree in business, management, engineering, or equivalent professional experience
- 3–5 years minimum in B2B sales of complex technology solutions (infrastructure, cloud, SaaS, semiconductors)
- Proven track record selling IT infrastructure, cloud, or GPU solutions to enterprise or AI-native clients
Technical Skills
- Knowledge of the GPU/AI compute market and its key players (NVIDIA, AMD, hyperscalers, pure-play GPU cloud providers)
- Mastery of complex sales methodologies (MEDDIC, Challenger Sale, SPIN Selling, or equivalent)
- Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales productivity tools
- Ability to build and present compelling business cases (ROI, TCO, competitive benchmarking)
- Technical fluency: solid understanding of GPU architectures, cloud computing concepts, and infrastructure fundamentals
Personal Qualities
- Results-driven personality, comfortable navigating long and complex sales cycles
- Autonomous, entrepreneurial mindset — able to operate effectively in a fast-growing startup environment
- Excellent communicator, at ease engaging with C-level executives and technical decision-makers alike
- Available for regular travel across Europe and the United States
Languages
- English: excellent written and verbal communication (required)
- French: a plus
