To strengthen our Infrastructure & Real Estate team, we are looking for a strategic, well-networked, and commercially sharp Senior DC Procurement Manager.
Your Responsibilities
Sourcing & Acquisition
- Identify, negotiate and secure datacenter spaces globally (colocation, land acquisition, existing buildings)
- Evaluate sites based on power availability, connectivity, PUE, regulatory environment, and commercial terms
- Build and maintain a global sourcing pipeline
Vendor & Broker Relations
- Develop and manage relationships with DC brokers, landlords, colocation providers and developers
- Negotiate framework agreements and preferred vendor contracts
- Evaluate and qualify new suppliers and partners
Contract Negotiation
- Lead commercial and legal negotiations (MSAs, leases, power agreements)
- Optimize costs, SLAs and contractual conditions
- Work with legal teams on contract structuring and risk mitigation
Market Intelligence
- Maintain continuous watch on DC market opportunities (colocation, build-to-suit, brownfield)
- Analyze supply/demand dynamics in key markets (France, Europe, US, Middle East)
- Produce market reports and recommendations for senior management
Internal Collaboration
- Work closely with technical teams to align site requirements with operational needs
- Coordinate with finance on capex planning and budget forecasting
- Support CEO/COO in strategic infrastructure decisions
Your Profile
Education & Experience
- Experience at a DC broker, colocation provider, or as a DC procurement/real estate manager
- Deep knowledge of the global datacenter market (colocation pricing, power costs, fiber availability)
- Proven track record negotiating large-scale infrastructure deals
Technical Skills
- Strong financial acumen: ability to build and evaluate TCO models
- Proficiency in contract management and real estate due diligence processes
Personal Qualities
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on execution mindset
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills at C-level
- International mobility required (Europe, US, Middle East)
Languages
- English: fluent required
- French and additional languages are a strong plus
